Equipment Hire

In addition to marquee hire, you will need to consider how your marquee is to be furnished. To help with this, West Country Marquees can supply tables, chairs, dancefloors, flooring, heating & lighting.

Tables & Chairs

We have a selection of different sizes and designs of table & chairs to suit your event and budget. Typical requests are for 5' round tables which can be used to seat between 8 & 10 guests. We can also supply trestle tables which are popular for buffets.

We offer several designs of seating, including white bistro chairs and gilt banqueting chairs. If you would like any other design of chair we can arrange for these to be supplied by a sub-contractor.

Flooring

Our marquees can be fitted with carpet, coconut weave matting or wood floors.

Many events will also require a hardwood dancefloor to be provided. We can provide varying sizes of dancefloor to suit your party.

Heating & Lighting

Although marquees seem to contain heat well, events held in winter should always consider additional heating. We have a range of heaters available which can be selected depending on the size of marquee you are considering.

Lighting is also an important factor in creating the right mood for your party. We can supply uplighters, spotlights, chandeliers and table lighting to make your event a success.
