The dividing curtain can be used to separate off an area such as a dance floor area that you wish to remain hidden for that ’surprise’ factor later in the evening.  The curtain is manufactured using thicker material than our standard ivory linings to hide darker starlight linings that may be screened off.  The curtain can then be easily lifted using pull cords and forms a swag effect ~ revealing the extended part of the marquee for your evening entertainment.

We can then offer black starlight linings including blackout gables & walls to finish the effect nicely.  Starlight roofs can cover any size of marquee whether you require a small dance floor section or the entire marquee covered!

Cream Sofa’s ~ Transform your marquee by adding sofa’s, these are ideal for reception, bar or chill out areas.

Board Flooring ~ In addition to our dandydura event matting, we can now offer a wooden sub-floor for any size of marquee, when used in combination with a new carpet (colour of your choice) this will provide the perfect finish for your marquee hire.

Lighting ~ West Country Marquees have added rope lighting to our marquee lighting options, these can be used as an inexpensive way of lighting dancefloor or bar areas. 

Bar Units ~ We now have added wooden bar units to our stock, we can also help with the supply of bar furniture or even stock & staff a bar for your wedding, corporate event or party!

Linings ~ We have expanded our range of ivory linings to include reveal curtains, these are perfect for creating a temporary divide between dining & dancefloor areas….when you wish to see the dancefloor area simply pull the cords to reveal the additional marquee space….we can also provided attended service to your event to assist you with anything you need help with. 

Bay Trees ~ We now have a number of bay trees in varying sizes to be hired as props for your marquee.

Clear Window Walls ~ We have purchased a number of new clear or panoramic window walls, these allow you to have an un-interrupted view from the marquee, zips at either side of the window walls allow us to easily roll up the window walls to make the marquee open sided.

Clear Gable PVC ~ In addition to the clear window walls above, we also have clear gable pvc for your marquee.  This would be ideal when you have a view from the marquee that you would like to make the most of.

The Court is an important Grade II Listed 16th Century house, originally occupied by the Rous family who were strong Parliamentarians and it is reputed that Oliver Cromwell dined at Rous Lench Court on the eve of the Battle of Worcester in 1651, where he defeated Charles II.

The venue benefits from licensed rooms for smaller wedding parties, vast grounds and laked area for larger marquee receptions & corporate events.  The grounds also host holiday cottages which can be hired by guests throughout the year & well stocked trout fishing lake.

Rous Lench Court

Despite poor weather conditions, West Country Marquees provided ‘Minivator’ with a stunning marquee for their annual awards evening held within the castle grounds at Dudley Zoo.

We provided two marquees which were set out side by side to provide an 18m wide marquee by 45m in length – the area comprised a large 9m x 18m bar annexe, 9m x 3m smoking shelter, 18m x 36m dining/entertainment marquee and a 9m x 6m catering annexe.

The company’s gold & purple colour scheme was incorporated into the marquee with purple carpet, purple swags & gold window drapes along with gilt banqueting chairs with purple seat pads.

A Clearspan marquee was used to cover Lamborghini & Aston Martin sports cars as part of a charity event held by the Asian business network in the North West.

We were happy to work with stadium officials to ensure that the marquee was erected & dismantled with minimum disruption especially as a Premier league fixture was held only a few hours later.
